Duties

Ladd CCSD 94 is seeking a student-centered and highly energetic educator to complete the middle school team. Must have a passion for science and social studies. Ideal candidates will foster critical thinking and problem-solving through hands-on and inquiry-based learning.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois Professional Education License with Middle Grades Science and Social Studies Endorsements or equivalent 
• Strong understanding of the Next Generation Science Standards and inquiry-based instruction
• Ability to foster critical-thinking and problem-solving through hands-on labs and project-based learning. 
• Focus on differentiation and data driven decision making to ensure growth of all students.
• Strong communication and organization skills and the ability to work as a team.
