Duties
• Conduct assessments, including functional assessments and analyses, and develop comprehensive intervention programs.
• Collaborate with team members, parents, and staff to create individualized behavior plans.
• Provide direct and consultative intervention during the school day.
• Design and implement academic skill development and behavior change procedures.
• Develop and model instructional best practices within student plans.
• Analyze data and monitor student progress, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Prepare IEPs, review learning progress, and lead social skills and communication intervention planning.
Qualifications
• Qualifications:
• Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 2+ years of experience.
• Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of education law and current practices in special education.
• Experience in instructional design and precision teaching is a plus.
• Skills:
• Punctual, dependable, and collaborative.
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Google Suite and learning technologies.
• Flexible and creative, with a passion for working with neurodiverse students.
• Experienced in data collection, analysis, and behavior intervention planning.
Salary/Benefits
• Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, based on experience.
