Duties
Serve as Principal and Instructional Leader for K-2 building.
Qualifications
Illinois Administrative License (or able to obtain)
Certified Teacher Evaluator (or able to obtain)

Ideal Candidate
Previous administrative experience desired
Five years of successful K-2 classroom teaching experience
Experience in implementing Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) across grade levels
Experience in data analysis, including NWEA (MAP)
Knowledge/experience with curriculum and implementing a process for continuous improvement
A strong advocate for students and staff
Develops and maintains positive relationships with staff, students, and families
