Qualifications
PEL with EARL (Early Childhood Education) and SCG3 (Self-Contained General Education) Birth Through Grade 3 Endorsement and Early Childhood Special Education Approval (ECT)
OR PEL with SCG3 Early Childhood Education (Self Contained General Education) Birth through Grade 2 with Early Childhood Special Education Approval (ECT) .
