Duties

Key Responsibilities  

  • Provide visionary instructional leadership aligned with district goals
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving school climate
  • Support data-informed teaching and learning practices
  • Collaborate with families and community stakeholders
  • Supervise, support, and develop faculty and staff
  • Ensure student safety, well-being, and academic growth

Qualifications

  • Illinois Professional Educator License with Principal or Administrative Endorsement
  • Teacher Evaluator (Modules 1-5 or AA No. 2001)
  • Successful elementary administrative experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in improving student achievement
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to equity, innovation, and continuous improvement

Salary/Benefits

Compensation Package 

  • Minimum base salary of $110,000
  • Board Paid TRS, Medical, Dental, Life
  • Sick, Personal and Vacation Days
  • 12-month work year
  • Remote work opportunities during school breaks
