All Superintendent duties for the Damiansville School District (PreK-8th). Serve as a mentor to new building principal.
Qualifications
Illinois Certification for Superintendent. Candidates should be community focused educational leaders with sound fiscal management technology skills. A leader with professional and personal management qualities who can establish trust and maintain a high level of credibility and integrity. Have the ability to evaluate financial needs and make recommendations for adequate financing.
Salary/Benefits
The actual salary, fringe benefits, contractual terms and conditions will be discussed in detail with the final candidates and will be based on education and experience.
