Duties
The Teacher's Aide at JTC Academy is an intregral part of a three-pronged curriculum team in our classrooms. The Teacher's Aide will assist the Special Education Teacher and the Teachers Assistant with ensuring students stay on task during instructional times in the classroom. They will also assist the teacher in preparing for the days instruction.
Qualifications
Professional Requirements: High School Diploma Experience working with emotionally disturbed and behaviorally challenged students Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer Skills using Microsoft Word, sending and receiving email and basic typing skills JTC Academy Requirements: DCFS Criminal Background Check FBI Background Check Drug Screening Sex Offender Registry Check
Salary/Benefits
$15.00-$20.23/Per Hour, Based on Education & Experience
