Duties
Head Football Coach- The High School Football Coach is responsible for leading and developing a competitive interscholastic football program that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and student-athlete growth. Duties include planning and conducting practices, coaching during games, teaching fundamentals and strategy, promoting academic success, supervising student-athletes, and maintaining compliance with district, conference, and IHSA policies. The coach works collaboratively with school staff, communicates effectively with athletes and families, and serves as a positive role model for students.
