Duties

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled K–8th Grade Interventionist to join our educator team. The Interventionist plays a critical role in identifying students requiring academic support in Reading and/or Mathematics, designing targeted interventions, and providing small-group or individual instruction. The ideal candidate utilizes data to drive instruction, collaborates closely with classroom teachers and special education staff, and fosters an encouraging environment where every student can achieve grade-level proficiency.

Qualifications

Current Illinois PEL certification.

• Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong foundation in evidence-based instruction (e.g., Structured Literacy/Science of Reading, concrete-representational-abstract math models).
• Proficiency with MTSS/RTI processes and progress monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team-collaboration skills.
