Paraprofessional for the 26-27 School Year (immediate opening)

Duties

Support students' academic, behavioral, and personal growth.
Work under the direct supervision of certified teaching staff and administration
Provide targeted instructional support
Assist with classroom management
Help foster an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment for all students.

Salary/Benefits

Starting pay is $15.75 per hour
Health Insurance: 26-27 = $810/mo towards a health insurance plan
Sick Days: 14 days
Personal Days: 2 days
IMRF Contribution for employees with a minimum of 600 hours
Bereavement Leave: 2 days
