Duties

Provide visionary and instructional leadership to ensure high levels of learning for all students.
The Principal fosters a culture of continuous improvement by leading staff in developing and
implementing high-quality instruction, effective systems, and collaborative relationships aligned
with the strategic plan of Batavia Public Schools.

Qualifications

•  Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with General Administrative or
   Principal Endorsement required
•  Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field.
•  Demonstrated success in instructional leadership, staff supervision, and school
   improvement. Previous administrative experience preferred.
•  Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
•  Commitment to fostering a collaborative culture and continuous improvement aligned
   with district values.

$152,250.00 - $228,375.00
