Duties
The Beecher City CUSD 20 Board of Education is seeking qualified applicants for the position of assistant superintendent for the 2027-2028 school year. The position will begin July 1, 2027. The Board of Education intends for the successful candidate to assume the position of Superintendent of Beecher City CUSD 20 following the retirement of the current superintendent.
Qualifications
Illinois Professional Educator License with General Administrative Endorsement.
Superintendent endorsement or currently in the process of completing the superintendent endorsement.
Salary/Benefits
The position offers a regionally competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including sick leave, vacation days, personal days, health insurance, life insurance, TRS/THIS contributions, and professional membership dues. Total compensation will be determined by the Board of Education based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and professional experience.
