Duties

7th and 8th grade Social Studies and all the duties assigned to that position.  

Qualifications

• Proper Professional Educator License
• Effectively supervise students to create a sense of community and respect
• Work harmoniously with students, parents, colleagues, and administrative team to effectuate a district mission
• Expected start date - August 12, 2026; Position will be filled as soon as a suitable applicant is found.
• Teaching emphasis will be Social Studies

Midwest Central is located 15 miles south of Pekin in Central Illinois. The district is 35 minutes from Peoria and 45-50 minutes from the Bloomington-Normal area.
