Duties

• Provide support to students who need social or emotional support throughout the day
• Help coordinate with outside agencies should the need arise regarding student needs
• Lead the SEL team within the building in regards to proactive initiatives or support needs as they arise 
• Coordinate with the building principal on the administration of various school or grade level testing 
• Provide feedback for 504 and/or IEP meetings 
• Administer school wide SEL screener and review data with the building principal
• Other duties as assigned by the building principal  

Qualifications

Illinois Professional Educator License with appropriate certifications. 

Salary/Benefits

 Compensation based on education and experience, as negotiated by the collective bargaining agreement.

Henry-Senachwine High School serves approximately 150 students and sustains a professional staff of 23. The culture of the school promotes collegiality, collaboration and progressive thought.
