Duties
The Athletic Director provides leadership, supervision, coordination, and administration of the
District's interscholastic athletic programs. The Athletic Director ensures that all athletic
programs operate in compliance with Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE), Illinois High
School Association (IHSA), Illinois Elementary School Association (IESA), Board of Education
policies, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and all federal and state laws while
promoting academic achievement, sportsmanship, student safety, and equitable participation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required.
Master's Degree preferred.
