Illinois Educator License endorsed as a Paraprofessional; PLS-Paraprofessional License (formerly Statement of Approval from Illinois State Board of Education) or have earned 60 College Credit Hours

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with special needs children
Strong interpersonal and communication skills that support collaboration with classroom teachers and special education team members
