Duties
Under the general Supervision of the Superintendent of Schools, to manage the Business Services functions of the district including budget and finance, purchasing, transportation, food services, technology, custodial, maintenance, safety and risk management, and related areas.
Salary/Benefits
Type of Position: 12-Month Administrative Position
- Chief School Business Official salary not less than $100,000—Final rate of pay will be determined based upon education and school district experience.
- Business and Operations Manager salary not less than $90,000—Final rate of pay will be determined based upon education and school district experience.
- Paid twice a month on the 10th and 25th of each month.
Employment Benefits:
- Sick Leave Benefits: Fifteen (15) days per year—accumulate to 340.

- Board paid single health insurance. Board contribution to family health, dental and vision insurance.
- Life Insurance
- The Board shall provide term life insurance in an amount equal to twenty thousand dollars ($35,000) for each administrator. Administrators will be offered the option to purchase additional insurance above the Board paid insurance. Additional insurance cost will be the responsibility of the Administrator.
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance in an amount equal to one and one-half (1½) times of the administrator’s annual salary rounded to the nearest one thousand dollars ($1,000) shall be provided for each administrator. The principal sum would be payable for loss of life due to accident or for loss of sight of both eyes or the loss of both hands or feet. One-half (½) of this sum shall be payable for the loss of one foot, one hand, or the sight of one eye.
