Duties
Principal for PreK - 8 district. This position is responsible for acting as the educational leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures of the school.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a M.S. in school administration with a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with the Principal Endorsement.
- Establish and maintain effective and courteous working relationships with those contacted in the course of work (students, parents and staff).
- Ability to understand and follow basic oral and written instructions.
- Ability to communicate to students, parents and staff in an acceptable/courteous manner.
Candidates with an interest in, or coursework in progress toward a Superintendent endorsement will be given strong consideration.
Salary/Benefits
The compensation package will be regionally competitive. The actual annual salary, fringe benefits, contractual terms and conditions will be discussed in detail with the final candidates, and will be based on education and experience. Actual salary to be negotiated with the final candidate.
