Duties
Performs specialized and responsible clerical and administrative duties in support of the Principal’s Office, ensuring efficient daily operations while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and abilities specified in the job description. An associate's degree is preferred but not required.

Strong office management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, maintain accuracy, adapt to changing demands, and apply critical thinking skills while interacting professionally with students, staff, parents, and the public. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, or comparable software programs, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to complete assignments and meet deadlines while providing outstanding customer service in person and over the phone. Proficiency in operating standard office equipment, including copiers, scanners, fax machines, and related technology.
