Position: High School Paraprofessional

Location: Southland College Prep Charter High School

Southland College Prep Charter High School is seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and innovative Paraprofessional to join our high-performing team. We are looking for an experienced educational professional who is passionate about supporting student success and committed to fostering a learning environment where all students can excel academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in classroom instruction and management
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students
• Help implement lesson plans and instructional materials
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom environment
• Assist with student supervision and other educational tasks as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Paraprofessional License required
• Prior experience working with high school students preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to the academic and social success of all students
