Duties
Essential Functions:
The Grants Coordinator works in collaboration with district departments (especially the Executive Director of Academic Services) and external stakeholders to develop and manage a comprehensive portfolio of grants that advances the district's strategic goals. The position also supports program evaluation responsibilities associated with grant-funded and district initiatives.
Collaborate with District Administration to ensure the equitable distribution of resources for all students.
Provide fiscal equity through collaboration with District Administration by considering the needs of all students prior to the allocation of resources.
Qualifications
Education
• bachelor's degree is required; preferred degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field
• School district experience, preferred
Experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of accounting, financial management, or financial reconciliation experience, required
• Knowledge of school district financial management, preferred
Salary/Benefits
Salary range: $65,000- $75,000, based on qualifications, experience, and market comparisons as determined by the Superintendent and Board of Education.
