Duties
Position is responsible for instructing 6th-8th grade social studies
students. Candidate must possess a passion for working with children, the
ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and the ability to
successfully work in a collaborative environment. Applicant must pass a criminal
background check acceptable to the Board of Education.
Qualifications
As per Illinois State Board of Education Licensure requirements – Illinois
Professional Educator License (PEL) applicable to a 6th-8th grade social studies
teacher.
Salary/Benefits
Commensurate with current school district’s collective bargaining agreement.
