IL Administrative License, Master's Degree, and such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate

Position information:
- Expected to oversee and lead improvement in the curriculum at the elementary level
- Expected to set high expectations and hold students accountable for their
- Must develop and foster positive relationships with staff and community
- Expected to utilize district’s evaluation plan to improve performance
- Maintain open lines of communication and confidentiality with Superintendent and administrative team
- Serve as representative of Superintendent and District when appropriate
