Duties

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for eligibility determination, including cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessments.

Participate in Special Education Eligibility determination meetings.

Collaboration: Consult with teachers, parents, and staff regarding student learning, behavior, and social-emotional needs, providing strategies to support student growth.

Data-Driven Reporting: Write evaluation reports, maintain accurate records, and use data to monitor student progress and analyze data for special education eligibility.

Qualifications

Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement

Salary/Benefits

$500 per day

.6 FTE (105 days)

Elementary school buildings Prek-8th

Generally follows the teacher calendar
