1. Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
2. LBS1 Certification

Salary/Benefits

• Base salary for teachers the 2026-27 school year is $45,007 (plus TRS and health insurance benefits, as agreed upon by the Dixon Education Association and the Board of Education.)
• Fifteen (15) days per year sick leave.
• Two (2) days personal leave per year.
• Health, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance offered.
• Teachers Retirement System
