Enrollment Manager

Qualifications

Applicants should hold the following education/experience qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in enrollment, student services, school administration, or a related field.
  3. Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
  4. Experience in a K–12 educational environment strongly preferred.
  5. Demonstrated commitment to continued professional development.
  6. Advanced ability to develop, manage, and analyze databases using formulas and mathematical functions.
  7. Proficiency in managing web-based programs, including calendars, schedules, surveys, and departmental websites.
  8. Ability to analyze, interpret, and present statistical and enrollment data.
  9. Ability to read, interpret, and develop policies, procedures, and reports related to enrollment and compliance.
  10. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.

Salary/Benefits

$80,266 - $81,853 per year
