Qualifications
Applicants should hold the following education/experience qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in enrollment, student services, school administration, or a related field.
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
- Experience in a K–12 educational environment strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to continued professional development.
- Advanced ability to develop, manage, and analyze databases using formulas and mathematical functions.
- Proficiency in managing web-based programs, including calendars, schedules, surveys, and departmental websites.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present statistical and enrollment data.
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop policies, procedures, and reports related to enrollment and compliance.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
Salary/Benefits
$80,266 - $81,853 per year
