Requirements:
- Illinois Professional Educator License with Endorsement of Music
Preferences:
- Prior teaching experience
- Knowledge of Audition Procedures, Vocal and keyboard expertise, Organizational Strategies for Large Group Events, new Illinois Fine Arts Learning Standards, Technology Integration, Differentiation, Data Analysis, and assessment
- Additional endorsements for other teaching areas, multiple instrumentation
- English as a Second Language Endorsement and/or other additional endorsements preferred, but not required
- Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish preferred, but not required
Club sponsorships and extra-curricular leadership positions are available as well
