Duties
2026-2027 School Year:
Reports to: Athletic Director
- Oversees all aspects of the Moline Boys Wrestling Program (financial, logistical, statistical, etc.)
- Supervises coaching staff, including assignment of duties and responsibilities
- Supervises/monitors all athletes during practices and scheduled events
- Ensure athletes meet all IHSA and Moline Athletic Department requirements prior to participation
- Organizes the teaching of the skills of wrestling
- Collaborates with Middle School Coaches as needed
- Follows and maintains district policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as needed relating to the Boys wrestling Program
Differential Compensation: Percentage - 18% to 20% of the teacher beginning base salary
Qualifications
Must possess an understanding of the fundamentals of wrestling and preferably have participated in and/or coached the sport. A Teaching Certificate or Human Kinetics Coach Education certificate is required.

Differential Compensation: Percentage - 18% to 20% of the teacher beginning base salary - $48,324.
