Oswego Community Unit School District 308 is currently recruiting exceptional candidates for the position of Special Education Curriculum and 504 Assistant Director for SD 308. This is a 12 month position starting July 1, 2026.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with a General Administrative Endorsement and at least one of the following endorsements: Learning Behavior, Specialist (LBS1), Speech and Language Pathologist (non-teaching), School Social Worker, or School Psychologist; Director of Special Education endorsement preferred; 5 years of successful experience in special education; demonstrate leadership in special education; strong work ethic and professional demeanor and collaborative management style.
Salary/Benefits
COMPENSATION: The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive salary range of $83,800-$87,000 depending on educational background and experience.
