Duties
Provide leadership to small rural district school with 200 students in grades PK-12.
1. Develop mission and vision for school.
2. Manage daily operation of school.
3. Evaluate and lead school improvement for teaching and learning.
4. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with school community.
5. Demonstrate and lead with professionalism and integrity.
6. Create and sustain a culture of high expecations.
