Salary/Benefits
Compensation for Teaching Positions are based on Appendix "A" of the Agreement between the Board of Education, O'Fallon Township High School District No. 203 and the O'Fallon Federation of Teachers, O'Fallon, Illinois 62269 (Collective Bargaining Agreement). This position is eligible for health/dental/vision/life insurance, 403 (b), paid time off, and tuition assistance. This position participates in the Teachers Retirement System (TRS).
