Duties
The Kings CSD #144 Physical Education (PE) Teacher will provide students with a strong foundation in health and physical education, emphasizing whole-body wellness, strength and conditioning, and sportsmanship through individual, dual, and team activities. The PE Teacher will design and implement developmentally appropriate physical education programs tailored to students with social-emotional and functional needs, including those requiring intensive behavioral supports.
The PE Teacher will collaborate closely with the program’s educational team to create a safe, structured, and supportive environment that promotes physical fitness, personal growth, and positive social interaction for all students.
Qualifications
Illinois Professional Educator License in Physical Education.
Salary/Benefits
All salary and benefits will be in accordance with the King's CSD #144 employment contract.
