Duties
Job Goal
Assist the administrative team and the Principal in all facets of student management in order to establish and maintain a safe, effective learning environment. Under the guidance and direction of the Principal, Director of Curriculum, and Director of Student Services, assists with the implementation/management of MTSS, 504, IEPs, data collection and EL programming. Under the guidance and direction of the Principal and curriculum department, assists with the implementation of curriculum standards. Evaluates and coaches staff in order to improve job performance and increase student achievement.

Qualifications
Requirements
Advanced degree with administrative PEL
Previous experience in education, Elementary/Junior High/Middle School preferred
Working knowledge of Student Assessment, Restorative Justice Practices, English Language Learners, and SEL
Certified to evaluate licensed staff
ESL Endorsement, Preferred
Such alternates to the above qualifications as the Board may find acceptable
Desired Skills
1. A proven record of successful teaching experience
2. Bilingual endorsement
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Candidates with successful leadership/administrative experience will be given preference
Salary/Benefits
Compensation
Salary: $72,500 + stipend, based on experience (200 Day Contract)
Excellent Benefits Package - Including paid TRS, HMO insurance plan or set cash amount in lieu of insurance, tuition reimbursement, etc.
