Duties

Montmorency School is seeking a dedicated, student-centered Special Education Teacher to join our K-8 family. With a student body of approximately 220, we pride ourselves on a "whole-child" approach where every educator knows every student’s name. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, providing both direct instruction and consultative support within our resource-based model.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).

• Endorsement: Learning Behavior Specialist I (LBS1) required.

• Skills: Strong organizational skills, a "team-player" mentality, and a commitment to the rural community lifestyle.
