Duties
Establish clear objectives for all lessons and activities; maintain accurate
student records and portfolios; observe and evaluate students’ academic performance,
behavior, social and emotional development and physical health; enforce rules for behavior and
procedures for maintaining order; adopt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet
the students’ varying needs and interests; strong communication skills; team player; assess
students with the Teaching Gold program; and follow all state grant guidelines
Qualifications
Illinois Professional Educator License with PK certification and special
education endorsement
Salary/Benefits
Salary information is included in the Cerro Gordo CUSD #100 Collective Bargaining
Agreement and can be found at www.cgbroncos.org. Salary is dependent on years of
experience and education. (Salary Range $46,791-$86,265) Full time certified staff qualify for
district paid health insurance, life insurance, and TRS.
