Duties
Establish clear objectives for all lessons and activities; maintain accurate
student records; observe and evaluate students’ academic performance, behavior, social and
emotional development and physical health; enforce rules for behavior and procedures for
maintaining order; adopt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the students’
varying needs and interests; strong communication skills; team player
Qualifications
Illinois Professional Educator License with kindergarten endorsement
Salary/Benefits
Salary information is included in the Cerro Gordo CUSD #100 Collective Bargaining
Agreement and can be found at www.cgbroncos.org. Salary is dependent on years of
experience and education. (Salary Range $46,791-$86,265)
