Duties
POSITION GOAL:
Position is responsible for the planning, organization, administration, and management of Field-Stevenson with a specific focus on establishing and sustaining social emotional support within the learning environment for students and staff. Position includes supervising staff, creating a safe environment, maintaining a positive climate and culture, monitoring curriculum and instruction, providing a school model and other duties associated with the successful operation of Field-Stevenson.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5-7 years of successful teaching experience in a diverse school. Preferred prior AP or Principal experience. Master's Degree in school administration from an accredited graduate school program. Valid Professional Educator License with the General Administrative endorsement with completed Teacher Evaluation Certification
Salary/Benefits
The minimum salary of $115,000 / benefits for this position will be determined by the Superintendent.
