Math Intervention Teacher (Grades 3–5) – ESL Endorsement
Wood Dale School District 7 is seeking a dedicated Math Intervention Teacher for Grades 3–5 to support students in developing strong mathematical skills. The teacher will provide targeted small-group instruction, monitor student progress, and collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure students receive the support they need to meet grade-level standards. An ESL endorsement is preferred to support multilingual learners.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide targeted math intervention to students in grades 3–5.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Use assessment data to identify student needs and plan instruction
- Deliver small-group, evidence-based math interventions aligned with district curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and support staff.
- Support multilingual learners through effective language development strategies.
- Communicate with families and maintain accurate student records.
