Duties

1. Collaborate with a team of professionals to plan and teach engaging lessons.
2. Develop and administer assessments to gauge student understanding.
3. Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to help them succeed.
4. Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
5. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.
6. Design and implement behavior modification systems to foster a positive classroom environment.
7. Coordinate standardized testing plans.
8. Develop and implement daily lesson plans, curriculum, syllabus, and assessments

Qualifications

Hold the appropriate licensure or are able to earn the appropriate licensure within a specified time period.
