Responsible for providing educational leadership through instructional improvement. Candidates must possess the ability to promote positive relationships with the faculty, staff, students, parents, and the Board of Education
Qualifications
Qualifications: Master’s degree
- Illinois Professional Educator License with Principal Endorsement
- Meets the State of Illinois requirements for a qualified teacher evaluator
- Strong leadership to manage personnel
Salary/Benefits
Salary TBD with final candidate, but commensurate with education and experience - salary range: $95,030 to $105,890
Benefits include: Single Health Insurance (90% of the premium paid by the district), Dues in Illinois
Principal Association, Optional Dental, and Vision insurance is available at 100% employee cost, one
administrator academy paid by the district, $25,000 life insurance policy (option for more coverage at
employee cost), Twelve (12) sick leave days, Two (2) personal days.
