Duties
Full Time (10month position) To provide direct nursing services to students and staff members to maximize health and wellness in the school community.
All duties are preformed in accordance with the district/board registered nurse.
Assist teacher with students. Help monitor classroom to assure a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment. You must be able to lift 50lbs, climb stairs and complete other typical student activities.
Qualifications
State Certified Registered Nurse and Paraprofessional. Certification is required by the State of Illinois.
To obtain a paraprofessional certificate you must pass a Work-Keys test or have 60 college accredited hours.
