Duties
? Teach 3rd Grade in alignment with Illinois and diocesan standards
? Teach Religion in accordance with diocesan curriculum and Catholic doctrine
? Design and implement engaging, standards-based lesson plans
? Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
? Foster a structured, respectful, and faith-centered classroom environment
? Assess student growth and maintain accurate academic records
? Communicate professionally and consistently with parents and administration
? Actively support the mission and values of Catholic education
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree required
? Valid Illinois teaching certification preferred
? Practicing Catholic preferred for Religion instruction
? Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills
Salary/Benefits
This position is a full-time, nine month contract with competitive
benefits (https://www.diobelle.org/temporal-affairs/humanresources/employment-opportunities ) and a beginning salary range of $29,000 -
$54,459. This is a minimum range, and the final offer will be
determined on experience, education, and other qualifications
