Duties
Subject area instruction (Subject areas flexible based on interest and experience),
homeroom supervision and student supervision during lunch, recess, and chapel.
Qualifications
Classroom teacher candidates must have, at a minimum, a bachelor’s
degree in education (or have completed an approved alternate path for state licensure),
have a current teaching license (Illinois licenses preferred). All employees are expected to act in a manner that supports the Statement of Belief for the Lutheran Central School Association of Peoria, IL, and live in a manner that exemplifies the Concordia Lutheran School Christian Code of Conduct. Expectations include classroom instruction, participation in professional development opportunities, curriculum development, and various supervision duties.
Salary/Benefits
$38,300 - $59,500 based on education and years of teaching experience; Full Benefits package -Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, HRA, Retirement, Disability Insurance, 403(b) Match
