Duties

• Assist an extraordinary team in guiding students toward the achievement of their educational goals and milestones.
• Work with students at all academic levels and needs, ensuring a positive learning experience.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to build positive relationships and enhance students' educational experiences.
• Provide a positive, safe, and academically challenging learning environment through the use of District-approved curriculum.
• Support students' emotional and social development as part of a holistic educational approach.

Qualifications

• A valid Illinois Professional Educator License with applicable Elementary Education endorsement(s).
• Understanding of best practices in teaching and pedagogy.
• Ability to interpret and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and qualifications -$48,544 - $116,368 (25/26 BCEA Contract)
