Duties
*Provide Instructional leadership to improve student achievement.
*Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive school climate.
*Supervise and evaluate certified and non-certified staff.
*Support implementation of curriculum, assessment, and data-driven instruction.
*Oversee student discipline, attendance, and behavioral supports.
*Collaborate with the Dean of Students/Athletic Director and district leadership.
*Lead Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and staff development.
*Ensure compliance with ISBE requirements, Board policy, and state/federal regulations.
*Engage families and community partners to support student success.
*Support extracurricular and co-curricular programs that enhance student engagement.
*Uphold and promote the district's CATS values.
Qualifications
*Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with General Administrative Endorsement (Principal).
*Successful teaching and leadership experience.
* Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and school improvement.
*Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
*Commitment to Continuous improvement.
Salary/Benefits
COMPENSATION: The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 depending on educational background and experience.
