Qualifications
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in technical support or IT systems maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi).
- Ability to work independently and manage a heavy service ticket load efficiently.
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Google IT Support Professional Certificate.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Windows device and Chromebook management, Windows Server basics, and MDM platforms.
- Education: Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
Salary/Benefits
Annual salary of $45,000-$60,000 based on experience and certification. Benefits include employee-only health insurance, basic life insurance, District-paid IMRF retirement, 13 paid sick days, 3 paid personal days, paid holidays, and paid vacation. Dental, vision, and optional life insurance are available at employee expense.
