Duties
Description:
The executive assistant to the Lindop District Office demonstrates a high level of customer service. This position is responsible for assisting the office with a wide scope of projects, including curriculum orders, receipt, inventory, and training coordination, business office organization, assisting with filing and record-keeping, ordering supplies for the District office, curriculum and technology departments, and supporting the building and grounds and technology departments with purchasing of materials.
Job Summary:
1. Other duties as needed
2. Obtain quotes, enter requisitions, place orders, complete Inventory, and distribute curriculum and technology materials
3. Schedule meetings for all district office staff (Superintendent/Interim Superintendent, CSBO, Assistant Superintendent)
4. Enter all District Office requisitions
5. Route staff PD forms
6. Route staff field trip forms
7. Take calls and messages for District Office staff (Superintendent/Interim Superintendent, CSBO, Assistant Superintendent)
8. Requires some professional development
9. Does not require travel unless specified in writing by the Superintendent or Interim Superintendent
10. Assist with filing and records keeping of the district office
11. Order all district, curriculum, and business office supplies
12. Responsible for the A/P input of Buildings & Grounds, Curriculum, and Technology Department
13. Places catering orders for the District Office and Board of Education
14. Complete the weekly informational checklist for the District and Building and send it to the Board on behalf of the Superintendent.
Working Conditions:
This position requires in-person work in a fast-paced office and reports to the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience in a fast-paced office environment or Similar Administrative Field
Excellent communication skills
Customer Service Oriented
