Duties

Hinckley-Big Rock CUSD #429 is seeking an authentic, enthusiastic, reflective, student centered professional to teach our morning & afternoon blended early childhood classes! This teacher will be in a professional learning community with another EC teacher and be an active part of the EC special education team.  As such, this teacher should possess a desire to collaborate with other professionals to enhance student learning. 

Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to developing relationships, creating welcoming teaching and learning spaces, and striving for excellence through seeking continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Candidate must have hold IL PEL in Early Childhood Education AND one of the following:

1. Early Childhood Special Education approval (Pre-Kindergarten only) OR 
2. Early Childhood Special Education Endorsement (Birth- Grade 2) OR
3. Be eligible to obtain a Short-Term Emergency Approval for Early Childhood
