Duties
This position is responsible for supervising students with special needs at their job and at internships, training sites, providing education, training and support to students enrolled in employment services, while networking with the Team, family, and employer to promote the development of natural supports. Employee will need to be able to accommodate flexible scheduling of hours, as the work day may fluctuate based on program and work experience schedules. Works closely and collaborates with Transition Specialist. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
MUST hold an ELS (Paraprofessional) license or Professional Educator License (PEL). Good written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of staff, parents, and student. Basic math and computer skills, Google Suite, as well as some general office skills are needed.
Salary/Benefits
RANGE OF PAY: $17.59 - $18.84 / Hour
Job Coach stipend of $2.50 and mileage reimbursement
