We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 4th Grade Classroom Teacher who will work in close partnership with colleagues to create a seamless and engaging educational experience for all students.
The 4th Grade Classroom Teacher is responsible for fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment while delivering high-quality, student-centered instruction. This individual will collaborate with colleagues across grade levels and content areas to ensure alignment and continuity in student learning.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students
- Design and deliver differentiated, student-centered instruction aligned to district curriculum and best practices
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure instructional coherence and smooth transitions for students
- Maintain consistent, proactive, and supportive communication with families regarding student progress and classroom activities
- Utilize formative and summative assessment data to inform instruction and guide decision-making
- Implement proactive and positive classroom management strategies that promote student responsibility and respect
- Integrate technology in meaningful, age-appropriate ways to enhance instruction and student engagement
Qualifications
Must hold a current, valid teaching license in the state of Illinois.
Salary/Benefits
